Welcome

Use at least 12 characters. A short sentence you will remember works well, and it does not have to have a symbol in it.

Set up your code app

After your password, signing in asks for a six-digit code that changes every thirty seconds. The code comes from a free app on your phone.

Weekly Scheduler

Edit

Crew (click to add)
Equipment (click to add)
Done, or how much of a day is done, is what drives the job's progress.

Add Job

Whole job estimate, all phases together

What the job is expected to take in total. The figures lower down are just this week's stretch. An estimate can be left blank, and it is never corrected to match what actually happens.

Add weekly row

Adds the row to the weekly schedule. Click it afterward to set crew, equipment and trucks. A brand-new job number also appears on the year plan.

Add trucking row

Saved to this week's trucking schedule. An end time at or before the start is refused, so a typo cannot hide a clash.

Move selected rows

A negative number moves the rows earlier. Each row keeps its time, crew and equipment; only the date moves, and the weekday follows it.

Bulk edit selected rows

Every field left blank is left exactly as it is on each row. Only what you fill in changes.

The link

Send it however you normally reach this person: a text message, a phone call while they type it, or an email from your own mailbox. The app cannot send it for you.

Add somebody

Adding somebody does not let them in on its own. It makes a link, which you copy from the next screen and send to them. They choose their own password when they open it, and nobody here ever sees it.
